Our host will be available at all times to assist you with any questions or needs during your stay.
Check-in:
At the indicated arrival time, our host will be waiting to welcome you. At that moment, you will be given the apartment keys, access to the terrace viewpoint, and the parking remote (if applicable). Important details about the apartment and its amenities will also be explained.
As indicated in the Terms and Conditions of Use, full payment and the signing of the rental agreement (for short stays) will be completed during check-in.

Check-out:
We will try to be present at the time of your departure to conduct an apartment inspection. However, if this is not possible, you may check out independently.
In that case, we ask that you leave the keys and the parking remote (if applicable) inside the apartment, preferably on the dining table, and close the door. We will then inspect the apartment afterward.
Languages of Communication:
We primarily communicate in Spanish, but we can also assist in English and German.

Wi-Fi and Technology:
Wi-Fi is free of charge, and you will be provided with the password upon arrival. We also have a Wi-Fi printer available for any printing needs.
Cleaning Service:
Weekly cleaning is available at a cost of €40 per stay. For stays longer than 8 days, weekly cleaning is included in the price. Additional cleaning services are available upon request for an extra fee.
Parking:
Parking is available at €6 per night. Free parking spaces are also available nearby.
Guest Responsibilities:
Payments will be made in Euros (€).
Accepted Credit Cards:
All advance payments are processed through secure payment gateways from certified providers. We use the following systems:
Security Deposit:
A pre-authorization of €150 via credit card is required at check-in. This deposit will be released 48 hours after your departure, following the apartment inspection. It covers minor damages due to misuse, which are non-refundable if directly attributable to the guest.
Cancellation and No-show Policy:
We do not have specific cancellation or no-show conditions.
