We are a company specializing in vacation apartment rentals on the island of Tenerife, in the Canary Islands, Spain. Whether you’re visiting for leisure or business, our apartments are the perfect alternative to traditional hotels, offering an ideal combination of comfort, privacy, and space.
Our apartments are fully furnished and designed with attention to every detail, ensuring excellent quality so that your stay in Tenerife is pleasant and worry-free.

Our apartments are spacious and well-equipped, accommodating 2, 3, or 4 people, with the option of adding an extra guest. Each apartment is outfitted with everything needed to ensure a comfortable stay.
The kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary utensils, and both bed linens and towels are included. We also prioritize your safety, offering safes, fire extinguishers, and smoke and CO2 detectors in each apartment.

La Casa Verde
La Casa Verde was our first property, located in an elevated area of Puerto de la Cruz, offering unparalleled views of the La Orotava valley, the majestic Teide, and the sea. Its location is perfect, with excellent transport connections and nearby services in the city of Puerto de la Cruz.
The building, a historic construction from 1920, was fully restored in 2005, and all apartments were renovated in 2017. La Casa Verde is listed as Architectural Heritage of Puerto de la Cruz, preserving its charm and historical value.
We have eight independent apartments, each with its own entrance, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom(s). Thanks to the building’s unique original architecture, several apartments feature their own garden or balcony. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with a television, high-speed internet, kitchen appliances such as a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, along with everything needed to make you feel at home.

Apartamentos Lavanda
The Lavanda Apartments are elegant and spacious, located near the Botánico Hotel, in one of the best tourist areas of Puerto de la Cruz, where you can enjoy its beautiful gardens.
Located in the Lavanda residential complex, the apartments offer excellent transport connections and access, whether on foot, by bike, by car, or by public transportation. Additionally, we provide private parking within the property for your convenience.
What truly makes these apartments unique are their views. Surrounded by greenery and with spectacular views of Mount Teide, they offer a complete immersion in the island’s tropical character.
