En APARTAMENTOS LA CASA VERDE seguimos de forma estricta las recomendaciones y regulaciones emitidas tanto a nivel nacional como internacional. Para ello, nos mantenemos actualizados en todo momento respecto a las indicaciones y restricciones establecidas, del mismo modo en que atendemos las preguntas y las preocupaciones que pueden manifestar nuestros estimados clientes.

Para garantizar el bienestar de nuestros huéspedes y de nuestro personal, hemos adaptado nuestros procedimientos y servicios para que estos cumplan con las medidas de seguridad en un alto nivel. Así, hemos tomado todas las medidas de limpieza preventiva cumpliendo con estrictas normas de control, aplicables no sólo a las habitaciones y áreas comunes sino también a zonas de carácter interno.
Cumplimos eficazmente con los estándares de higiene, con el fin de garantizar la seguridad de nuestros huéspedes y de nuestro equipo. Dichas medidas de salud y seguridad abarcan desde la higiene en el lavado de manos y especificaciones de productos de limpieza, hasta el diseño y los procedimientos de limpieza de los apartamentos. Además, aseguramos el mantenimiento de las distancias recomendadas y facilitamos gel desinfectante en espacios comunes para ratificar nuestro compromiso con ellos.

The safety of our guests and team members is a top priority for us.
At APARTAMENTOS LA CASA VERDE we strictly follow the recommendations and regulations issued both nationally and internationally. To do this, we keep ourselves updated at all times regarding the indications and restrictions established, in the same way that we attend to the questions and concerns that our esteemed clients may express.

To guarantee the well-being of our guests and our staff, we have adapted our procedures and services so that they comply with security measures at a high level. Thus, we have taken all preventive cleaning measures in compliance with strict control standards, applicable not only to rooms and common areas but also to internal areas.
We effectively comply with hygiene standards, in order to guarantee the safety of our guests and our team. Such health and safety measures range from hand washing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to apartment cleaning design and procedures. In addition, we ensure the maintenance of the recommended distances and provide disinfectant gel in common spaces to ratify our commitment to them.
We offer our support to all cases against COVID-19.
Faced with such an exceptional situation as the one we are experiencing, the least we can do both for our society and for our guests is to respect security measures and express our solidarity. From the first moment, we have expressed our message of support against the effects of COVID-19.
